CompositionThe active substance is: xylometazoline (Xylometazolini hydrochloridum ).1 ml of solution contains 1 mg of xylometazoline hydrochloride.Excipients: benzalkonium chloride solution, disodium edetate, sodium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, disodium phosphate dihydrate, liquid sorbitol 70% (non-crystallising), purified water.DosageAlways use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.Drug for intranasal administration.The drug should not be used for more than 7 days.Re-use of the drug can be started after a break of several days.1 spray should be used by 1 person for hygiene reasons.Before the first use, squeeze the pump until a homogeneous spray of medicine appears.Adults and children from 6 years of age: 1 spray in each nostril up to 3 times a day. Do not use more than 3 doses in each nostril.ActionSudafed XyloSpray contains xylometazoline, which constricts the blood vessels, which reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa and its congestion.
