Description A rich, extra foamy conditioner bar to soften, detangle and restore your hair. Packed with the moisturising goodness of natural rapeseed wax, cocoa butter, shea butter and mango butter, your hair really couldn’t ask for more blessings! Absolute luxury! One would almost get carried away and forget this is a sustainable choice… Note that as with all saponified bars, this is a mildly alkaline bar, meaning that after washing your hair, you should rinse with something acidic, like a dash of lemon juice or vinegar, to pH balance the alkalinity. It works wonderfully! While there are conditioner bars available that are not saponified and formulated to be pH balanced, these bars are typically made with synthetically derived ingredients to solidify and balance it, and it is typically more costly. Why use a conditioner bar instead of liquid conditioner? Because a bar needs zero packaging… therefore zero-waste! It is also much easier to travel with, as there is no potential spillage and no nonsense at the airport. Made in SA: Proudly handmade in South Africa. Directions for use: Apply conditioner bar to wet hair and lather using your fingertips. Massage well over the hair and scalp. Rinse hair thoroughly with clean water. Rinse with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, if desired – this will impart extra lustre and pH balance hair and scalp, thus preventing drying out. Keep out of reach of splashing water, on a well-draining surface. The soap does not fare well in humid weather, so store it in a cool, dry place protected from humidity, otherwise it will sweat puddles.
