Made right here in Lititz, PA Lemon Curd is one of the all time favorite spreads. We make our English Curds the traditional way, with lots of eggs and butter which give it a velvety smooth texture and bright lemon flavor. An absolute must for an English Tea. Spread it liberally on scones, toast, English muffins. It’s wonderful as a pretzel dip, or blended with yogurt. Always served it chilled.
