Swooper Flag Fence Angle Base. Now You Can Fly Your Swooper at an Angle! Designed to hold Swooper Poles at a 45-degree angle. You can attach this bracket to fences, square light poles or buildings. Made of heavy-duty steel, each bracket has a 4″ x 5-7/8″ plate with four holes to allow for easy mounting. A small hole at the bottom of the 5″ tall shaft allows for water drainage.
