Natural is the way to go, especially for something where the ingredients will be absorbed by your arm pit skin, so close to your mammary glands and lymph nodes. Directions for use: First use: Remove the seal, then remove the cap, and push the bottom hull upwards to expose the balm. See product images. Subsequent use: Keep the balm in the container and simply rub the balm onto arm pits straight from the container. Or break off a little piece, warm it in your hands and smear it like a paste onto arm pits. Push the bottom hull slightly upwards to expose the balm as it gets used up. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not let the tube get wet while in use. Avoid getting into eyes. Compost tube after use.
