Description Hand-made locally from 100% bamboo yarn, Holisteeq’s soft crocheted face rounds, a.k.a. face scrubbies, replace disposable cotton face rounds. They are long-lasting and durable, yet made from a sustainable resource, and are biodegradable and home-compostable at the end of their years-long life.  It has a gentle exfoliation action, to remove dirt and makeup, while being soft on your skin. They come in different patterns and colours to spice up your beauty routine. Each is about 7 – 8cm in diameter. They come in a set of 7, along with a handy, matching crocheted pouch to keep them together when you travel, to serve as laundry bag, etc. They work well, are zero-waste and stunning to boot! Bamboo is a fast-regenerating, sustainable renewable resource – much more so than cotton because it is more water efficient and does not require the use of pesticides. The texture of bamboo yarn depends on how it was processed and spun – Holisteeq’s bamboo yarn products are super soft to the touch! Directions for use: Wet it thoroughly before rubbing soap or face wash on it. It will lather well, but not excessively. It will gently exfoliate while it cleans. Work very gently around the eye area. Rinse after use and air dry to prolong its life. Wash in the laundry after every third or fourth use each (to get rid of dead skin cells) – with 7 rounds per set and twice daily use, that means washing the set once every week or two.
